Zenith Capital was founded by a group of experienced professionals who recognized an opportunity to connect emerging growth companies with global capital markets. Since our inception, we have been on a mission to unlock value for our stakeholders. We specialize in identifying as well as nurturing companies at the pre-IPO stage, then accelerating their growth and valuation before a public listing.

Team

Winnie Zhang - General Partner

Winnie Zhang was previously a Manager at Deloitte's Financial Services Practice in New York. She has seven years of expertise in strategy consulting, operation optimization, and compliance risk management. Winnie earned her Masters degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business’ Master of Management program following her Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Technology at the University of British Columbia. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Nick Zhang - General Partner

Nick Zhang is a General Partner at Zenith Capital Group focusing on pre-IPO investment. He was previous investment manager at Taihill venture capital focusing on AI in Science. He was also a senior data scientist at Disney Streaming in Los Angeles. He has 10+ years of expertise in machine learning and AI. Nick earned his master's in Statistics from Brown University following his Bachelor's in Mathematics at the University of Science and Technology Beijing.

Kelvin Jin - General Partner

Kelvin Jin was previously an Investment Manager at Taihill Venture, and he also worked at Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm. He has experience in the investment and legal fields, specializing in venture capital investment and legal due diligence. Kelvin obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing an MBA at Tsinghua University. He holds the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification and the Chinese Securities Investment Fund Practitioner Qualification.

Fernando Parces - Venture Partner

Fernando Parces advised high-profile clients at the intersection of music, sports, and entertainment on market positioning, sponsorship strategies, and engagement programs. In his current capacity, Fernando leverages deep regional insights to bring LATAM firms into his advisory portfolio. He previously served as a Market, Research, and Insights Analyst at a Fortune 500, where he led market analyses and built data-driven frameworks to streamline collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Fernando holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management of Operations from UNC Greensboro and is pursuing a Master’s in FinTech & Analysis at Wake Forest University

Spencer Karrington - Venture Partner

Prior to Zenith Capital, Spencer worked as an Associate at the Trans-Pacific Technology Fund (TPTF) — an international, multi-stage venture capital fund — where he focused on investments in Healthtech, Insurtech, and emerging technologies. He also actively supported portfolio companies with fundraising, business development, and strategic international expansion. Spencer earned his Master of Arts with Honours in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and is completing his MBA at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He brings a global perspective to Zenith Capital, having lived and worked across eight countries.
