Celia Ruan, CFA - Fund Partner
Celia Ruan holds an MBA from the School of International Finance, Fudan University. She completed an exchange program at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and possesses multiple professional qualifications including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Intermediate Economist. She boasts a comprehensive professional expertise and profound insights into the capital market.
With years of in-depth experience in the capital market, she has 8 years of hands-on experience in private equity investment and 5 years of service as a senior executive registered with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC). She has long focused on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. Proficient in equity operations and capital integration logic in the primary market, she is adept at project evaluation, resource coordination and compliance management. She excels at overseeing the full execution of capital operations, with an extensive track record of practical work.
